Accounts and conversations
Our Privacy Notice describes registration details, sign-in information, account settings and content supplied through features such as chat, images and voice. Requests and outputs can contain personal data if you put it into the conversation.
Use a unique password. Avoid entering financial details, identity documents or other people's private information in chat. Only use the designated verification flow if an age check is required.
Fictional characters and moderation
Character messages are AI responses, not personal advice from a human. They can contain mistakes. Conversations or outputs flagged for possible policy violations may be reviewed; do not interpret privacy language as a promise that content can never be reviewed.
Questions about your data
For a privacy or account-data request, contact support@candymail.ai from the relevant account email and describe the request. Deleting an account and stopping subscription renewal are separate tasks. Some records may need to be retained after deletion.
